This is by far the worst establishment ever! They have the worst service. I once waited over ten minutes for a drink when only about five people were in the bar. Their manager Michelle is the rudest person I have ever encountered in a customer service business. We had our wedding at their banquet hall and were extremely let down by their staff. They managed to yell at most of the family members, charged us extra for drinks, barely got the place clean in time, among a list of many other awful things that occured. Finally, the manager was rude to every person she talked with. Never go to this place, you'll only be let down.

We have given the place FIVE tries and I don't think we will give it another chance. They just cannot get it together service wise. Short-handed.
Can't even get a drink at the bar in a timely manor. They need a bartender behind the bar at all times, not running back to the kitchen, clearing tables, taking orders at tables. Takes forever to pay the bill. Visites 1 - 4 we didn't think the food was too bad, but visit 5 we both though the hamburger tasted 'funny'. Hope we don't get sick. I agree with the other comment...greasy. -p (we had take condiments from other tables, and napkins).

today 3/4/10 my friend and i went to boot hill for lunch-------------i ordered a Ruben and my friend ordered a BLT-----------both sandwiches left our hand extremely greasy----i sent my friends back---i unsuccessfully tried to eat all of mine---------sent my friends back a second time when it came back white bread instead of wheat------we could have sent it back a third time because the grease from bacon was coming though the bread--------no sugar or substitute sugar on table---no ketchup------needless to say ------it was NOT wisest $13 something i ever spent.------LONNIE J Johnson

Great food, awesome soup/salad bar, good service, good prices. It is a very comfortable place in a nicely restored old building. And the Sweet Potato fries... muwahhh!
